Where is the wedding taking place?
The ceremony will be held at St. Norbert Church in Paoli, PA. The cocktail hour/reception will be held at the Ballroom at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, PA
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask our guests to dress in accordance with a black tie optional dress code. We would love to see everyone in their formal wear such as a tuxedo or gown. If that's not for you, a suit and a nice dress is also welcome!
Will events take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place inside the church. Cocktail hour will be held both inside the venue as well as outside on the patio. The reception and afterparty will both be held inside the venue.
Can I take pictures?
While we welcome any and all pictures at the reception, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Kindly keep your phones tucked away and let the professional photographers capture the magical moments.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 2:00pm. We ask guests to plan on arriving by 1:45pm so they can settle in before we begin.
How do I get to the ceremony? Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided from the hotels to St. Norberts. After the ceremony, transportation will be provided back to the hotels as well as to the Equus office.
How do I get to the reception? Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Equus office and to the Ballroom. Transportation will also be provided back to the hotels after the reception and afterparty.
What can I do between the ceremony and the reception?
We invite guests looking for something to do to spend their time between the ceremony and the reception at the Equus office for drinks, light food, and fun!
Is there parking at the ceremony? At the venue?
There is ample parking at both St. Norberts Church and the Ballroom at Ellis.
Can I bring my kids?
While we would love for everyone to attend, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Can I bring a plus one?
We ask that you please only bring those listed on your invitation.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?
We want to ensure all of our guests are happy and fed! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Come thirsty!
Will there be an afterparty?
Yes! We would love for guests who want to keep the party going to stay for the afterparty! The afterparty will be held directly after the reception on site at the Ballroom.
